ACENO. 6816 Vv oa BILL NO. 26-0083 GOVERNOR TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To provide a $7,000,000 loan to the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park to begin construction of the technology park ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act 6587 is amended by striking all of the language after (a) (ii) and inserting “there is provided as a loan the sum of $7,000,000 to the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park as established in title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 34, to provide for phase 1 of its capital development except that $$1,500,000 dollars shall be made available to the Department of Human Services to purchase the Keith Massac Nursing Facility, $750,000 to the Charlotte Kimmelman Cancer Center, and $750,000 to the Department of Housing Parks and Recreation to renovate the Lionel Roberts Stadium.
