Turner Founder, Sun Healthcare Group Healthcare Executive and Long-Term Care Specialist Re: Committee Hearing Invitation — Block I: “Aging with Dignity: Oversight of Nursing Homes, CMS Certification Readiness, and Senior Financial Protections in the Virgin Islands” Dear Mr. Turner, As Chair of the Committee on Culture, Youth, Aging, Sports, and Parks, I respectfully invite you to testify during Block I of the Committee hearing scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Hall on St. Thomas. The Committee also looks forward to receiving updates regarding the proposed nursing home development project on St. Croix, including the project timeline, facility capacity, services to be provided, and the anticipated impact on long-term care services throughout the Territory. If you are unable to attend, please designate a representative to appear and testify on your behalf and kindly notify the Committee in advance.
