The documents have been changed to reflect drilling operations which have been incorporated into the scope of work. Drilling operations will be performed by an independent contractor and IT Corporation (IT) will collect soil samples for analysis per the Addendum to Work Plan Evaluation and Interim Remediation of Soils which was transmitted to you February 2, 1995.
