ACT NO, NO. 43,0 1 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act amending Official Zoning Map STZ-8 to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 17 Remainder, Estate Bovoni (Western Part), Nos. 1 and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map, No. STZ-8 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 17 remainder (Western Part), Nos. 1 and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 30.5 acres, as more particularly shown on PWD Map No. A9-553-T2000, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to C (Commercial).
