ACTNO, 6741 BILL NO. 26-0052 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for Parcel No. 42 Estate Carlton, West End Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix. from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family) ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238. Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 42 Estate Carlton, West End Quarter, Christiansted. St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.546 U.S. acres as more accurately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4283, dated January 30, 1965, as revised, from R-] (Residential—Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density, One and Two Family).
