ACTNO. 6821 BILL NO. 26-0204 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 To amend Act No. 6820 (Bill No. 26-0196), Section 20 to correct a typographical error which set a figure of $100,000 instead of $1,000,000 and for other purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 6820, (Bill No. 26-0196) is amended in Section 20 by striking $100,000 and inserting $1,000,000. SECTION 2. The Governor of the Virgin Islands by and through the Commissioners of Property and Procurement and Human Services is hereby authorized to negotiate for the purchase of and to accept from Phylchris Incorporated, the real property described as Parcel No. 15B Estate Hope, West End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 1.02 U.S. acres as more fully shown on Public Works Drawing No. D9-559- T-66, for the purpose of utilizing the property to provide services to the people of the Virgin Islands under the administration of the Department of Human Services. …
