( 305 ACCEPTANCE OF UNCONDITIONAL GIFTS (Board of Trustees Meeting, June 19, 1988 ) The Board voted to authorize the President to accept unconditional gifts, that the lawyers from both sides could work out the details, and that the agreement could initially be approved by the Executive Committee, and later by the full Board.
