COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 36-0288 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands May 8, 2026 An act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix to rezone Plot Nos. 242, 243, 563, and 564 Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) PROPOSED BY: Senator Milton E. Potter, by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the 2 Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning 3 designation of Plot Nos. 242, 243, 563, and 564 Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen Quarter, St. 4 Croix, collectively consisting of approximately 0.52 U.S. acres, as more fully shown on Survey 5 Drawing No. 2733-S, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to R-4 6 (Residential-Medium Density). 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill rezones Plot Nos. 242, 243, 563, and 564 Estate Strawberry Hill, Queen 9 Quarter, St. …
