COMMITTEE ON RULES AND JUDICIARY BILL NO. 36-0141 Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands August 26, 2025 An act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 22, section 415 to add a term of service for appointees to the Board of Physical Therapy PROPOSED BY: Senator Avery L. Lewis Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), 2 paragraph (6), subparagraph (A), is amended by adding at the end of the subparagraph: “All 3 board members are appointed to a three year term, and may serve until their successor is 4 appointed.” 5 BILL SUMMARY 6 This bill adds a three year term of service for members of the Physical Therapy Board. 7 BR25-0646B/July 23, 2025/LMW 8
