Government of the Virgin Islands of the United States Office of the Governor Pursuant to Title 4, Virgin Islands Code Section 22(c) I hereby give notice of my intent to nominate the Honorable Denise Francois as a Justice on the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands Upon the completion of the statutory 7-day notice period I will officially forward her name to the 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands For Advice and Consent AFFIDAVIT OF PROOF OF PUBLICATION I, Desiree LaCharite, being duly sworn, on oath, depose and says as follows: I. I am a citizen of the United States, I am over the age of eighteen years and not a party to or interested in the above entitled matter. I. I am an authorized representative of V.I. Source, Inc., an Internet newspaper of general circulation, printed and published daily in the US Virgin Islands. Il. That the notice of publication was distributed in the V.I.
