ACT NO.6550 BILL NO 24- 0278 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To provide appropriations for operating expenses of the Department of Public Works from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the Fiscal Year October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003 ---0)-=- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund for operating expenses, including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes of the Department of Public Works for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2002, through September 30, 2003, and shall remain available until expended. The sums are appropriated as follows: FISCAL YR 2003 FUND 271100 STJ CAPITAL IMPROVE. FUND ORG 6072 CONSTRUCTION C/CNTR C71083 REPAIR AND MAINT. …
