ACTNO, 7945 BILL NO. 31-0470 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act appropriating $250,000 to the Department of Sports Parks and Recreation to further develop afterschool programs territory-wide, with the fund being divided equally between the district of St. Croix and the district of St. Thomas and St. John ane()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 VIC §3093, the sum of $250,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Education Initiative Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, to the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation to be divided equally between the district of St. Croix and the district of St. Thomas and St. John to further develop, supplement and institute afterschool programs territory-wide. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2016.
