UNIVERSITY OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION Purpose: To approve the design development drawings for the St. Croix Campus Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees authorized and approved on March 8, 1992 bond financing for the design and construction of a residence hall and ancillary services facility on the St. Croix campus. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees approved the site and conceptual drawing for the development and construction of a residence hall and ancillary services facility on the St. Croix campus on June 5, 1993. WHEREAS, the design development drawing for St. Croix Campus Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility are completed. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must approve the design development drawings in order for the project to proceed. UNIVERSITY OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS BOARD OF TRUSTEES RESOLUTION Purpose: To approve the design development drawings for the St. Croix Campus Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees authorized and approved on March 8, 1992 bond financing for the design and construction of a residence hall and ancillary services facility on the St. Croix campus. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees approved the site and conceptual drawing for the development and construction of a residence hall and ancillary services facility on the St. Croix campus on June 5, 1993. WHEREAS, the design development drawing for St. Croix Campus Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility are completed. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must approve the design development drawings in order for the project to proceed. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Board of Trustees approves the design development drawings for the St. Croix Campus Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility and authorizes the President to proceed with the necessary action to continue with the development and completion of the Residence Hall and Ancillary Services Facility on St. Croix.
