ACTNO.8 8 6 1 BILL NO. 35-0262 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act appropriating $1,434,950 in fiscal year 2024 from the Community Facilities Trust Fund for the pre-construction soft costs to prepare the Charlotte Amalie harbor for dredging; making various appropriations; and establishing a new procedure for the payment of funeral expenses for veterans —0-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $1,434,950 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024 from the Community Facilities Trust Fund to the Virgin Islands Port Authority to finance pre-construction soft costs to prepare the Charlotte Amalie harbor for dredging.
