Environmental Services Ground Water Engineering Hydrocarbon March 22, 1993 Remediation Education Gilbert Estril Director of Utilities Department of Public Works No. 8 Sub Base, Crown Bay St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802 Re: Notice for Discharge of 1,000 Gallons of Treated Water into the Sanitary Sewer on April 2, 1992. Dear Mr. Estril: This letter is to inform the Department of Public Works of the date and gallonage of treated water that will be discharged to the sanitary sewer on the above-referenced date. The discharge will be treated ground water from the temporary treatment system located at the Esso Service Station in the Tutu Area, U.S. Virgin Islands. The temporary permit to operate the treatment system requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to be submitted to the Department of Public Works prior to any discharge to the sanitary sewer.
