ACT NO. 6740 BILL NO. 26-0051 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To grant a zoning variance for Parcels No. 2L and 2M, Estate Concordia, Queen Quarter, St. Croix for the purpose of operating an existing hardware store ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning variance from R-1] (Residential- Low Density) designation is granted for Parcels No. 2L and 2M Estate Concordia, Queens Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.4334 and 0.3377 U.S. acres, respectively as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1758, dated May 4, 1965, for the purpose of operating an existing hardware store. Al] other requirements of the R-1 zoning designation shal] continue to apply to the subject parcels.
