Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-6 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 23-B-1 Estate Mandahl, Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of .5 U.S. acres, as described on OLG Map No. D9-6205-T97 dated November 16, 1996, from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two- Family).
