ACT NO, 7772 BILL NO. 31-0231 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-14W issued to Black Magic Flightops, LLC wn-Qe-- WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued to Black Magic Flightops, LLC, Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-14W on April 9, 2015; and WHEREAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-14W on April 17, 2015; and WHEREAS, the Permit authorizes the Black Magic Flightops, LLC to continue the use and occupancy for the next 20 years of a 50’ by 5’ dock located seaward of Parcel No. 8-5B and 8-6, Estate Nazareth on St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, section 911, subsection (e), provides that the Governor's approval must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. …
