Attached, please find a formal letter inviting your participation in the upcoming legislative hearing scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 9:30 AM at the Fritz E. Lawaetz Legislative Chamber on the island of St. Croix. Your appearance is requested during Block I, which will focus on the progress and execution of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project. As the primary contractor, GEC, LLC plays a central role in the delivery of this important project. The Committee welcomes your technical insight and respectfully requests that your testimony address the areas outlined in the attached letter, including but not limited to:  Current construction phase and recent milestones  Timeline comparison: actual vs. original schedule  Coordination with government agencies and subcontractors  Financial overview: invoicing, disbursements, and funding alignment  Approved change orders and associated impacts  Supply chain challenges and mitigation strategies  Compliance with laws, permits, labor standards, and procurement regulations  Community engagement and public communications  Operational challenges and corrective actions We respectfully request that written testimony be submitted by Monday, June 2, 2025, to allow sufficient time for Committee review.
