ACTNO, 7894 BILL NO. 31-0333 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 25 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 16, section 405 relating to the mooring and anchoring of vessels in the Virgin Islands to provide for increases in the fee schedules and to direct the Commissioner of Planning and Natural Resources to charge a $100 fee for permit processing and a $500 fee for requested enforcement vessel assistance ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 25 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 16, section 405 ts amended in the following instances: (a) The tithe is amended after “Mooring” by inserting “and Anchoring”; (b) Subsection (a) is amended— (1) in the second sentence by striking the phrase “section 403 of, and Q) in the third sentence by striking “an annual fee of five dollars ($5.00)" and inserting “a fee”, and by inserting “or anchor” after “mooring”, and adding “The fee for the use of the mooring is an annual fee. and the fee for the use of the anchor is a monthly fee”. …
