ACT NO.6648 BILL NO. 25-0162 T WENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS ; - OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for Parcel No. 3 Estate Paradise, St. Croix, from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3 Estate Paradise, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.6927 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4136, dated September 8, 1982, from B-4 (Business-Residential Areas) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
