ACTNO. 6854 BILL NO. 26-0272 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for Parcel No. 71 Estate Castle Coakley, Queen’s Quarter St. Croix, from J-2 (Light Industry) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 71 Estate Castle Coakley, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately .409 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1806, dated March 8, 1982, from I-2 (Light Industry) to B-3 (Business Scattered). / jz Witness our Hands and the Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this Lorraine L.
