ACINO. 8291 BILL NO. 33-0278 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Emergency Session 2020 An Act amending Act No. 8178 clarifying and adding additional provisions to enable the closing on the disaster recovery funding-based line of credit ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 8178, section | is amended as follows: (a) Subsection (a) is amended by striking “Commissioner of Finance” and inserting “Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority”, and by inserting the phrase “and/or receipts from any other Federal public assistance grants” after “funding”; (b) Subsection (b) is mended by striking “2021” and inserting “2022” in its place; and; (c) Sections 2, 3, and 4 are added to read as follows: SECTION 2. …
