ACTNO. 7104 BILL NO. 28-0110 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act appropriating monies from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Waste Management Agency for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The following sum or so much of the sum as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, for the purposes expressly name in subsection (b). (b) The appropriation is as follows: Fiscal Year 2010 2043 ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AGENCY $3,824,765 TOTAL ANTI-LITTER AND BEAUTIFICATION $3,824,765 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 16, 2009. 44 Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this _<:~ Day of September, A.D., 2009.
