ACTNO. 7413 BILL NO. 29-0390 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for Parcel No. 2A Estate Crown and Hawk, No. 3 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R- 3 (Residential - Medium Density) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a use zoning variance from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) is granted for Parcel No. 2A Estate Crown and Hawk, No. 3 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas as shown in the Official Zoning District Map STZ-4, to allow the continued use as a botanical garden and horticultural facility and allow for gift shops, retail sale of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, with the following conditions: 1. Operations and activities must cease nightly at 10:00 p.m. 2. The Department of Planning and Natural Resources has the sole discretion to regulate the design, size and location of all buildings or accessory structures erected on the property. 3. …
