RESOLUTION. Be it resolved by the Coloniul Council for St. Croix in session as- sembled.: That the Gove.nor be and he is hereby authorized to sell the parcel of land and building know as East Hill School, situ- ated in East End Quarter A in the island of St. Croix, for the sum of Five Thou- sand Franes (Frs. 5,000) provided, however, that the deed shall confain a prwision to the effec: that the Govern- ment may repossess itself to title of the property at sany time for the purchase sum, Thus duly passed at the bith Ordinary Meeting of the Colonial Council held Monday, March 1, 1920. Christiansted, March 2, 1920. D. €. CANEGATA, ROBT. L. MERWIN, Secretary. Chatrman. The above RESOLUTION is hereby sanctioned and approved.
