ACT NO, 8001 BILL NO. 32-0121 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act providing an appropriation of $201,200 from Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation for the Virgin Islands Little League to host the 2017 Senior League Regional Tournaments —-0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.1.C. subsection 3072 (c), the sum of $201,200 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017, from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Department of Sports, Parks and Recreation, as a grant subject to the financial disclosure and reporting requirements of 2 V.I.C. subsection 29, to the Virgin Little League to host the 2017 Senior League Regional Tournaments.
