Operations at the Anna’s Hope offices have been completely discontinued. Please take note that recruitment and registration of new students are ongoing. Support services for Head Start families will continue to be provided by Head Start staff collocated at the various Head Start locations across the island. If you have questions, please call (340)772-1981, (340)642-6282 or (340)774-0930 ext. 4200. To Qualify for the Head Start Program • Children must be three years old by December 31st. • Applicants must provide the child's birth certificate as well as proof of household income for federal eligibility determination. • Adults who are guardians must provide evidence of legal guardianship such as a court order. • Parents of children with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply for enrollment regardless of income.
