ww ~ ACT NO, no. 44 8 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act approving the Government’s Conveyance of Parcel No. 33-141 Estate Nadir, No. 2 Red Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands to Rachel Casimir ---0--- WHEREAS, the Government of the Virgin Islands owns Parcel No. 33-141 Estate Nadir, St. Thomas; and WHEREAS, Rachel Casimir has executed a contract of sale for the purchase of Parcel No. 3G-28 Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, which is adjacent to the Government’s property, Parcel No. 33-141, Estate Nadir; and WHEREAS, Rachel Casimir has indicated to the Government that she needs to purchase Parcel No. 33-141 Estate Nadir in order to gain access to Parcel No. 3G-28 Estate Bovoni, and the Government has indicated that the Government does not have any use or intention to use Parcel No. 33-141 Estate Nadir in the future; and WHEREAS, the Government has agreed to sell Parcel No. …
