Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That (a) section 24(c) of the Revised Organic Act of the 3 Virgin Islands (48 U.S.C. 1614(c)) is amended by striking 4 ‘‘Attorney General’’ and inserting ‘‘President’’. …
