ACT NO.6568 BILL NO. 24-0303 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To appropriate monies for salaries, operating expenses and capital outlay of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for fiscal year ending September 30, 2003 ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $16,500,000 is appropriated from any available funds in the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for expenditure by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for salaries and operating expenses in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2003. (b) Of the sum appropriated in subsection (a), the sum of $500,000 shall be used for capital outlay, lump-sum payments and prior year obligations. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 27, 2002.
