DESIGNATION. 3 The United States Post Office building located at 4 9630 Estate Thomas in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, 5 shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Aubrey C. REFERENCES. 1 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 2 paper, or other record of the United States to the building 3 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 4 to the Aubrey C.
