ACTNO. 7990 BILL NO. 32-0087 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act to authorize the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Department of Property and Procurement to purchase certain real property on behalf of the people of the Virgin Islands for the completion of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project on the island of St. Croix ---0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The Government of the Virgin Islands through the Department of Property and Procurement may negotiate with property owners and acquire the real property listed in paragraphs (1) through (3) for the completion of the Paul E. Joseph Stadium Project. (1) Plot 4OKB & 40KC Estate La Grange (A) — One half (1/2) interest in Plot 40KB Estate La Grange, West End Quarter, consisting of 0.3953 U.S. acres, more or less, as more particularly shown on PWD NO. 1389 dated May 14, 1962: and (B) — One half (1/2) interest in Plot No. 40KC Estate La Grange, West End Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands , consisting of 5.7060 U.S. …
