ACT NO, 7019 BILL NO. 27-0220 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act to rezone Plot No. 52 Remainder, Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.LC., chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 52 Remainder Estate Orange Grove, Company Quarter, consisting of approximately 12.968 U.S. acres, more or less, as more adequately described on Drawing No. 5907-A, dated November 2, 2007, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
