The Government’s resolution as re- ~ gards to the appointment of a committee to consider the new code of laws was a'lended to embrace a committee of the whole house. in this form the resolu- tion was adopted and a committee of the whole house of the Colonial Council of St. Thomas will have the code under con- - sideration.
