VIRGIN ISLANDS TELEPHONE CORPORATION, d/b/a “Viya” Neue” “euee’ “ome “ope? “ome “ee” ‘Nee’ Se” ORDER WHEREAS, on April 4, 2018 the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “Commission” or “PSC”) received a complaint from Tierl Access, LLC (hereinafter “Tier!”) complaint against the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation (hereinafter VITELCO, d/b/a “Viya”); and WHEREAS, on April 23, 2018, the Commission received a response by Viya to Tierl’s complaint; and WHEREAS, Level 3 Communications St. Croix, Inc. (hereinafter “Level 3,” d/b/a “CenturyLink”) filed a May 2, 2018, complaint against Viya; and WHEREAS, on May 17, 2018, Viya responded to Level 3’s complaint; and WHEREAS, the Commission scheduled this matter for its agenda for the June 15, 2018, meeting; and WHEREAS, on June 11, 2018, the parties submitted a joint Motion for Continuance, asking that this matter be continued to the Commission’s next regularly scheduled meeting; NOW THEREFORE, it is ORDERED that this matter shall be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Commission.
