ACTNO. 8437 BILL NO. 33-0358 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act authorizing the transfer of real property located at #51 Hannah's Rest, Frederiksted, St. Croix owned by the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority to the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement for the benefit of the Virgin Islands Police Department for the construction of a police station in Frederiksted, St. Croix and for other related purposes ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION I. (a) Pursuant to 30 V.LC. §105 (7), the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (the Authority) may transfer its real property located at #51 Hannah’s Rest, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately two U.S. acres, more or less, to the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement for the benefit of the Virgin Islands Police Department for the construction of a police station in Frederiksted, St. Croix. …
