ACT NO.8 8 3 3 BILL NO. 35-0235 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 to rezone Reconfigured Remainder Consolidated Parcel No. 1-13 Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Reconfigured Remainder Consolidated Parcel No. 1-13 Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 11.142 USS. acres, as described on Drawing D9-844-T019, from R-4 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
