vam ain FG BILL NO. 31-0204 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act to provide appropriations from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016, to the Department of Human Services for the Crisis Intervention Fund, to the Department of Finance to pay debt services, and to the General Fund, as a contribution a--0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much of them as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 from any funds available in Special Internal Revenue Matching Fund, established by subsection 28(b) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands amending Subchapter B of chapter 28 of the Internal Revenue Code, as a contribution to the Gencral Fund, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Finance for Crisis Intervention Fund and to pay debt services: FISCAL YEAR 2016 3003 INTERNAL REVENUE MATCHING CONTRIBUTION TO THE GENERAL FUND 390 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE …
