As we discussed during the April 28, 1994 conference call, TEIC has requested EPA and DPNR assistance in obtaining access to some of the supply wells proposed for sampling under this event (Harthman II and III, Matthias, Gassett, and Harvey). We anticipate the successful acquisition of access permits from other well owners. Finally, it is proposed that samples from the supply wells will be analyzed for TCL Volatiles in accordance with the CLP SOW (March, 1990) as opposed to EPA Method 524.2 which was previously used. Therefore, all groundwater samples will be analyzed for those parameters indicated in the Phase II Rl Work Plan in accordance with the project QAPP. Please contact either me or Jack McBurney with any questions regarding this proposal. We appreciate your prompt review and assistance. Sincerely, de maximis, inc.
