I have served on key boards at UCLA and The Ohio State university which have helped me develop a keen interest in employing public - private partnerships to accelerate economic growth. Throughout my distinguished career in the U.S. Army and corporate America, I have led organizations of up to 45,000 people and developed multi-billion-dollar businesses, all while maintaining a strong connection to the growth and development of the Virgin Islands.
