ACTNO. 8286 BILL NO. 33-0260 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 19-2-104 Estate Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 19-2-104 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.322 U.S. acres as more fully described on PWD Map No. D9-5266-T92 from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density).
