ACTNO. 8284 BILL NO. 33-0258 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act to rezone Parcel Nos. 42 and 67 Estate Smith Bay Nos. 1, 2, & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 42 and 67 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. !, 2 & 3 East End Quarter St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 9,856 square feet for parcel No. 42 and 0.187 U.S. acres for parcel No. 67 as more fully described on PWD Map No. D9-298-T58 and G9-929-T67 dated June 13, 1967 from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
