Once these problems are fixed, I will send my testimony, though it may occur after the Hearing. In addition, as previously conveyed via email through Ms. Torres, a representative from LEPC will not be in attendance due to the staff person responsible for this portfolio just having been onboarded earlier this month, and the areas outlined for discussion are best addressed by me. Thank you for your understanding, and as always, stay well. Sincerely, Moleto A. Smith Jr. Director Law Enforcement Planning Commission cc: Ms. Judy Torres, Office Manager / Acting Chief of Staff Ms. Carmen Potter, Executive Assistant to the Director
