TNO. 8562 BILL NO. 34-0184 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Plots No. 174 and 175 Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District) ---Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plots No. 174 and 175 of Estate Peter’s Rest, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.626 acres, as shown on Drawing No. 1708, dated February 25, 1965, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-1 (Business-Central Business District), with the exception of bars, garages, and nightclubs. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 24, 2022. …
