ACTNO, 8065 BILL NO. 32-0200 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Plot No. 17 of Parcel No. 2 Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to allow for a retail clothing store and a bakery Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-2 (Residential - Low Density - One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 17 of Parcel No. 2 Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.1835 acres, as described on Drawing No. 249, dated July 12, 1951, to allow for the operation of a bakery and a retail clothing store. All the other requirements of the R-2 (Residential - Low Density ~ One and Two Family) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
