Throughout her tenure at the Superior Court, Judge Francois has presided over cases by ensuring fairness and impartiality, listening to all the parties, demonstrating a judicial temperament that is patient, courteous, composed, firm, decisive, and issuing well reasoned and well-written memorandum opinions.
