ACT NO, C875 BILL NO. 31-0279 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11 relating to providing grief and stress counseling to school counselors ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 17 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 11, is amended by adding a section 135 to read as follows: “§ 135. Grief and stress counseling The Department of Education shall cause all public school counselors to be trained in grief and stress counseling.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 9, 2016.
