ACT NO. 6864 BILL NO. 26-0313 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for Parcel Nos. 11 and 116, Estate Crown Bay (Submarine Base) No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas from W-2 (Waterfront-Industrial) to B (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood); amending title 11 V.LC., title 14 V.LC., section 485; title 29 V.I.C. section 708(m); title 32 V.I.C:, section 435; title 33 V.LC., sections 130 and 3003a; amending Acts 6793, 6836 and 6842, and making several appropriations ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. 11 and 116 Estate Crown Bay, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 1.288 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Drawing No. D9-7320-T003, dated November 21, 2003, from W-2 (Waterfront-Industrial) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood). …
