ACT NO.643% BILL NO. 24-0115 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for Fiscal Year October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is hereby appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2002. SECTION 2. The Department of Health granted a Jump-sum budget under this act is hereby exempted from the provisions of title 2, chapter 2, section 28 (B), Virgin Islands Code.
